At osobike, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, this policy provides the guidelines to help you with the process. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@osobike.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the items returned and their condition.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow these steps:

  1. Return the Original Item: Initiate a return as described above.
  2. Place a New Order: Place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are not processed automatically, so a new purchase will be required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@osobike.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@osobike.com. We will attempt to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item according to our return policy.

We may update our refund and returns policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
