    Bike and Bike+ both have a compact 4′ x 2′ footprint to fit nicely in homes of all sizes.

    The total dimensions of Bike+ are 59″ L x 22″ W x 59″ H. We recommend at least 24” of space on all sides for storing and training. The ceiling height minimum is 8′ to ensure all riders have adequate headroom.

    Your Peloton Bike+ will be delivered to your home and set up by our team of professionals. We’ll place it in the perfect spot you’ve already picked out, finish assembly, connect it to power and Wi-Fi and walk you through the basics—getting you up and riding in no time.

    Additional shipping charges may apply to AK, HI or PR, ferry-only accessible locations, and certain other remote locations. We may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations.

    With the Peloton All-Access Membership, you’ll get access to our entire library of live and on demand classes, individual user profiles for everyone in your household and free use of the Peloton App with the ability to take workouts from your phone, smartwatch, tablet and TV.

    Cycling shoes enhance your Peloton experience and are recommended. Peloton Bikes require Delta-compatible cleats.

    Peloton cycling shoes have a narrow to normal fit. If you fall between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up.

    It’s simple and included with every first-time Bike purchase. Once the Bike is delivered and set up in your home, experience 30 days of cardio, strength, and more to find the classes you’ll love.     30 Day Home Trial is not available for Peloton Certified Refurbished Bikes. Peloton Certified Refurbished Bike and Bike+ orders can be canceled prior to delivery. Refurbished Bikes are not eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial or returns.

    Peloton Certified Refurbished Bikes are pre-owned Peloton Bikes that are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to make sure they meet Peloton standards. They may have slight cosmetic damage such as minor scratches.

    Yes, new Peloton Bikes and Refurbished Peloton Bikes come with a 12-month limited parts and labor warranty, which fully covers the touchscreen and most original Bike components. The frame is covered for 5 years. If a repair is needed during your coverage period, we will dispatch a skilled technician to your home to complete the repair. Replacement parts covered under warranty can only be shipped to the United States (restrictions may apply in remote areas, which may include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and ferry-only accessible locations). Please note, the warranty is voided and service and repairs are not offered if the Bike+ is moved outside of the United States.

    Refurbished Peloton Bike and Bike+ orders can be canceled prior to delivery. All sales are final once delivered. Refurbished Bikes are not eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial or returns.

      The bike is lovely but the fact that I bought the bike and then have to pay MORE to use it than people who did not purchase a bike is absurd. I have never understood that business model and it's the reason I no longer subscribe and have considered selling my bike+ even at a great loss because it just takes up space now. I want to love it but it's too pricey as a subscription model. Why are we being punished for buying the bike to use the service on the bike? I can get it much cheaper if I just use my tablet for classes but it seems like you're wrist slapping the most devoted customers.

      I love my Bike+ from Peloton! I wasn't sure at first. I was a little scared about the classes and if I was going to be embarrassed or not like cycling. But its become a great workout for me! My core is stronger, my legs, my back, my stability, and confidence. I've never done a live class but the recorded classes really push me! And I really enjoy Lanebreak too! Being able to achieve personal records is fun! And setting goals, whether its burning calories or resistence or cadence goals, this Bike pushes you to do your best! And its a great workout. Or sometimes I can just enjoy a movie while I"m riding as well. Sam, Denis, Robin, Kendell, Jenn, Leanne--they are all great instructors and after a couple of years now, I feel like I can keep up! I've enjoyed my bike so much that I also purchased the Peloton Treadmill and its been a game changer for me! I'm not much of a runner but the classes really help and being able to combine walking and running works really well. I also purchased another Bike+ to have at our cabin so I can ride when we go there! Peloton is the best! This year I'm going to use the strength and conditioning classes along with cycling and running

      Love yhe Bike, like the fact that i can adjust the cadence n resistance or set it to move according to the instructor, LOVE the variety of classes, the appreciation of diversity and how classes are given to honor various cultures, genders and age groups. Lanebreak addition, AWESOME, Loce Streaming addition AWESOME, self tracking our moveme t on various platforms and fetting poi ts towards our challenges AWESOME. MY FAVORITE instructor is Tunde, so inspirational, her story, her energy AWESOME, Sam Yo has the smoothest ride, then Dennis Mortion With the myriad of classes and levels, the vast programs,various time frames and different modalities, it makes reaching your goals measurable, attainable and realistic because you cant get bored. Ie. When i need to do cardio and dont feel like getting on the bike, i can do barre or pilares, when im soroe i can stretch, when im stressed, i can meditate. The swivel screen allows for proper form, i can do strength training and see the instructors modelling the proper format. I can lay in bed and do my sleep meditations, in the morning i turn the swivel screen around and do my cycling. As of last week, i can cycling and warch my shows on Amazon Prime throught he new live streaming feature. As a result, my A1C levels are down, released over 30 pounds and encouraged more than 20 people to get a Peloton bike. Keep up the great work

      Bike is great however just 2 months after we purchased it, Peloton significantly reduce the price AND increased membership. For new members it may be beneficials but for previous members this is a significant loss in value of the bike and overall higher cost. We asked for a refund for the difference but they declined. We will never buy any other Peloton product and we recommend other brands that will achieve the same results for a fraction of the cost.

      The bike seems really great. Great sound, adjusts nicely to accommodate me and my wife. The seat is pretty hard, but I know there is an adjustment period. My main complaint is that it's been over 2 weeks and we still have NO ACCESSORIES. You need the shoes to really enjoy the bike, and Peloton hasn't even shipped them 2 weeks after our order!!! Support has been a black hole. No help. Premium price without the premium experience.

      Peloton changed my life!!!! Back in 2019, at age 51 I had my annual physical. All of my metrics from my bloodwork were horrendous!!!! My Dr. said that I was 25 pounds overweight and that I was 1 point from being diabetic. I left his office and ordered my Peloton. My wife was sceptical, saying that I would not keep riding it. My bike arrived and my first ride was 2/14/2019, Valentines Day. Since that day (1,950 days later) I have ridden 8,635.25 miles. That is on average 4.42 miles per day. Some days, I ride 10+ and have some off days to give my legs a break. I bought the Bike+ last year and like it even better than my first Peloton. I incorporated weight training and yoga/stretching into my daily routine and have never been healthier! My sleeping heart rate for a 56 year old man is 52bpm. I feel so much better and have a better life overall because of Peloton. THANK YOU, PELOTON!!!!!

Also the turn around screen is perfect for strength, yoga, Pilates, meditation, etc. I love the variety of options in classes. No way that I can get out of habit of working out!

      This is the first piece of health and fitness equipment that I look forward to using! An extremely well built bike, that looks and delivers at a professional level. From the ease of ordering, to the expert installation and of course the awesome classes and instructors that simply motivate me more than anything else I have had before. It is like being with world class instructors in a gym from my home. There is so much versatility in how you use this machine. Even cycling has so many different classes, guided tours across the globe, themed rides, power zones that drive you to improve your fitness...the list goes on and that is just for cycling - the Peloton program extends well above cycling if that is your thing - essentially any class you could do for health / fitness is available here. I couldn't recommend this highly enough, it is an essential driver to improve my heath and fitness journey and beyond, and I am seeing direct results too :)

      I have had the OG peloton for nearly two years and can honestly say that it has changed my life. When my sister started expressing interest in getting a peloton I knew it was time for me to upgrade for to the Bike +. I really enjoy the auto resistance feature and the ease of connecting to my Apple Watch for heart rate monitoring. The screen resolution is AMAZING! I have a small home and my Bike is in my living room in a corner. (Literally the most not place I have to put it). The swivel screen is a game changer. I have been doing all my rides facing into the corner so it was so nice this morning and last night to be looking out towards the living room then swivel the screen around to do my stretching. The speakers are great, but I will almost always be wearing headphones because I have small children and work out early in the morning. It was great to do a lane break ride this morning and see my actual cadence! I’ve not had the bike + long but have high hopes so far! I can honestly not pick a favorite instructor because it’s usually just whoever’s ride I’m doing because they are all so awesome, but if I had to I’d have to pick Andy Speer or Adrian Williams. They both have the best energy. Their workouts are killer, but still so fun! I have struggled to stick with a workout program my entire adult life because I get bored easily. With Peloton I have been able to keep myself challenged and interested with the wide variety of workout types!

      I’ve used the Peloton app for 2.5 years and just bought a bike+. My only regret is that I waited so long! As a runner, cross training on the bike has been so good for me. The strength classes have been transformative for my ability to lift heavier items in my house and my overall confidence. The yoga is fantastic for recovery days. I’m a big fan!

      As a long term PT I was sceptical however after a lot of research we settled on the peloton. The quality of the machine is great l. The whole family uses it daily and the multiple users has allowed friends and family to use it. Things to note, we swapped pedals to Shimano SPD to integrate with our road and MTB gear. The membership is not cheap but worth it. Definately need to buy a fan though.

      Too expensive so I’ve cancelled my membership. I find the spin classes kind of boring where you just watch the instructors lip sync and dance to mediocre music. I like to ride the nature rides (more rides) but it’s just not worth spending $44/month

      Had been considering the peloton bike for some time. I did have a Guide during the pandemic and used the App for a few years for yoga and dance classes which I loved I also enjoyed spinning class at local gym Decided only a few weeks ago to take up the option to hire a peloton plus bike and I absolutely love it !!! Ordering/delivery super easy and efficient Easy to set up and get started. I have had the bike for ten days and absolutely love it. Been using pretty much everyday even if just for 15 min class . It’s definitely making me move and exercise far more than I would. The instructors are amazing and also love the soundtracks . It’s making me feel much better physically and mentally already. Feel really energised and lifted by the classes My advice would be find the best option for you and go for it 😄

      The Pelaton Bike+ has changed my life! I ride every day and focus on the 120/90 minute rides to boot camps to high intensity rides. I also like the variety of classes and do the strength classes, core and stretching. I am losing weight and am motivated to eat right. Pelaton feeds the mind, body and soul! I especially like the instructors. They are inspiring and challenging. My favorite instructors are Jess Sims, Matt Wilpers and Christine D'Ercole. I received my bike within a week, customer service was excellent and set up was easy. The bike is sturdy and smooth running. I bought the heart rate monitor and I like all of the "intensity" indicators on the screen. I always know how hard I am working. I highly recommend a Pelaton bike for anyone who is motivated to make positive changes to their life! It's a complete game changer.

      I love my bike+ ! This bike has improved my life on so many levels not just the fitness part but also my mental health. I workout 5 days a week, sometimes during my lunch hour. I do not regret my purchase in the slightest, they offer a complete membership package that allows you to do strength cardio yoga cycling and more. Go get you yours, run!!!!

      The good: I have done 5 rides on my new Bike+ and have enjoyed all of the instructors so far. And today I found the perfect one for me. I was feeling a bit sluggish and sore, but I am a big Dave Mathews Band fan and Jess King's DMB ride was exactly what I needed to get me through. I followed that up with a stretch session she led. I really appreciate the instructors:) The rental option is good, it allows more people access and to try it out to see if it is right for them. I also like that I can just ride and get exercise and not have to worry about navigating cars, wear a helmet or worry about how much food and water I am carrying on me. Things to consider: Learning to use this bike would be a tough for a beginner, I have been a cyclist for years and am used to clipping in. But my Mom, who is 73, has never clipped in and even though she is interested in using the Peloton she is too intimidated to try it. I don't think getting flat pedals would be the same experience. Just something to think about for an elderly person who has never used clip pedals. Otherwise, I highly recommend!
